Starters. My girls car, I was fixing stuff all over and she’s wrapping it slowly. Anyways, I had the bushing taken out from old ones. I did one at first and it didn’t fit either. I did other and same as well. Had to add bushings and she started tripping out.
We than cutout the top piece because it was too tall and I needed to put the clip in. After cutting the top, I was able to have the clip go into the slot.

A great cheap upgrade for your shifter. My old rubber bushings were absolutely destroyed. Didn’t really realize how much of a difference new bushing could make. Super easy to install. Literally a flat head and that’s it. Hugh upgraded imo from the rubber bushings
Definitely don’t have to worry about your shifter cable popping off after installing this. Nice solid piece.
